E:Equipment production and manufacturing
We will produce equipment according to customers' customized requirements, strictly control quality, and pay attention to every detail.
F:Equipment steel frame foundation and wheat conditioning bins construction
During the production and manufacturing of the equipment, the customer should start the foundation construction of the equipment steel frame foundation and conditioning bins construction. We will provide technical guidance, including drawings and on-site guidance of technical.
G:Inspection and testing before shipment
If customer is unable to come to the factory to inspect the goods, we can provide third-party testing and certification, including CIQ and SGS.
H:Packing and shipping
We provide standard export cargo packaging and standardized loading procedures to ensure safe and damage-free transportation conditions for products.
I:Installation team
After the goods arrive at the destination port, we will send an installation team to the customer's site to guide the installation and train employees to use the machine, and provide equipment use and maintenance manuals.
J:After-sales service
We will send Chinese engineers to perform free after-sales maintenance on the equipment once a year. This service is a life time service.
In your first order, we will send you spare parts available for two-years operation of the equipment. Online procurement for parts is available when the equipment is in operation.We will supply spare parts with factory price for old customers.
