The structure of a single roller mill mainly includes: roller mill frame, roller, feeding roller, cover, transmission mechanism, etc.

It uses a compound horizontal constant-speed toothed roller (or smooth roller) and uses gears, chains or synchronous belts to transmit the force on the fast roller to the slow roller to achieve unequal and relative rotation. The working method is to crush wheat by shearing, squeezing, grinding (or squeezing and grinding).

The single-type roller mill also has a grinding roller distance adjustment mechanism, a double feed roller feeding device, a feeding door adjustment device and a grinding roller transmission assembly. This single-type mill has a constant rolling distance during grinding, uniform and stable feeding, safe and convenient adjustment of the feeding door, synchronization of the feeding clutch and roller clutch, low grinding roller transmission noise, stable transmission, and good grinding process performance.
